What you'll learn over the 30 Days of AI
This is just the beginning, there's a lot more coming soon.
Here is an outline/schedule of all the posts in the 30 Days of AI email series. This is just the basic content. Subscribers will not only get the full posts, but also all the additional content I’m working on too.
Week 1: Foundations & The Framework
Goal: Get over the fear, build the habit, and learn the core “CRAFT” skill.
Day 1: Getting Started
Focus: Overcoming analysis paralysis, picking a tool, “just start.”
Day 2: Safety First
Focus: Data privacy and psychological safety.
Day 3: Which Model Do I Use?
Focus: Fast vs. Thinking vs. Pro. And why it matters
Day 4: Why Prompts Fail
Focus: The “generic prompt = generic results” trap.
Day 5: Building the Habit (Part 1)
Focus: Pin the tab, search vs. AI, building habits for better workflows.
Day 6: Building the Habit (Part 2)
Focus: Leverage—ask AI to write the prompt, mobile apps.
Day 7: The CRAFT Framework
Focus: The core framework (Character, Request, Assets, Focus, Tune) + PDF download.
Week 2: Content, Visuals, & Research
Goal: Apply CRAFT to create actual things (text, images, video) and then move into gathering intelligence.
Day 8: Creating Text Content
Focus: Applying CRAFT to emails, blogs, and drafts.
Day 9: Creating Images
Focus: Nano Banana, copyright, and describing visuals.
Day 10: Creating Videos
Focus: Basics of AI video generation (Sora, Veo, etc.).
Day 11: Talk to Me: Voice Mode & Audio
Focus: Using “Live” voice modes (Gemini Live/ChatGPT Voice) for brainstorming, interview prep, and language practice. It’s different than typing!
Day 12: Deep Research
Focus: Intro to Deep Research features (Gemini/ChatGPT).
Day 13: Extending Deep Research
Focus: Leveraging the research output for strategy/coding.
Day 14: Interrogating Data: Spreadsheets & Analysis
Focus: How to upload data to AI and ask for charts, trends, and “what if” scenarios. (The “Data Analyst” in your pocket).
Week 3: The “Work” Week (Synthesis & Tools)
Goal: Using AI to do your actual job—meetings, presentations, and synthesis.
Day 15: Intro to NotebookLM
Focus: The “Source-Grounded” AI concept.
Day 16: Research Powerhouse with NotebookLM
Focus: Advanced features (Audio Overviews, synthesis).
Day 17: Making Infographics with AI
Focus: Visualizing your research data.
Day 18: Gamma for Presentations and more
Focus: Turning outlines into decks and docs.
Day 19: The “No More Blank Page” Workflow

Day 20: Connecting Apps
Focus: Giving AI access to files, email, and other tools.
Day 21: The Agentic Shift: AI as Your Intern
Focus: Moving from “Chat” to “Do.” Setting up an agent to go do a multi-step task (e.g., “Monitor this website and email me if X changes”) or using “Operator” style features. Examples from Google Opal and more.
Week 4: The Builder Week (Advanced/Pro)
Goal: Building reusable tools, automations, and custom apps. (High value for paid subscribers).
Day 22: Creating Reusable Tools (Custom GPTs/Gems)
Focus: Saving your CRAFT prompts as permanent mini-apps.
Day 23: Digital Twins & Brainstorming
Focus: Creating “Tricutus of Borg” or “Bob the Career Coach.” How a digital twin can help you think through ideas
Day 24: From Discussion to Proposal
Focus: A concrete workflow example: Meeting Recording -> Action Plan.
Day 25: AI Workflows
Focus: Automating the steps between tools. More than agents to do things, the mindsets needed to take these tools to the next level
Day 26: Building a Lead Magnet
Focus: How I built a lead magnet in an afternoon.
Day 27: Vibe Coding with Antigravity
Focus: Building the apps you’ve imagined just by chatting with an AI builder.
Day 28: Google Workspace Studio
Focus: Advanced enterprise workflows. Specific examples from the Google Workspace world—but how it ties into Day 25.
Day 29: AI Studio & Testing
Focus: For those who want to “pop the hood” and test models—but not break the bank
Day 30: Keep it Local (Local LLMs)
Focus: Running an AI on your own hardware for ultimate privacy.
That’s the whole plan! Ideas for more topics? Am I missing something? Let me know in the comments.
